We pups are getting used to life on the verandah. She lets us inside two or three time a day. We clamour for that adventure. We have a better time if the other whippets are not inside with us. They treat us roughly. We have learnt to lie 'doggo' but still they have sharp teeth. We go out of the front door cautiously, and not too far as yet. She says there are eagles out there, but we don't want to know!
We like cuddles and if possible to go to sleep on her lap. Then she lifts us into bed outside.Sometimes we hardly wake up.
We are having a little less lacfree milk and more meaty feeds now. Chicken necks yesterday. We would like one everyday!
We like to use the newspapers at the further side of the verandah for our poo's and she seems to talk a lot about that. We are not sure why.
It is alternately hot and then cold, dry and then humid. We go inside the kennels if we feel chilly, but there is a danger we shall miss something if we stay in there too long.
This Saturday, 10th January we shall be on show for the first time. This means lots of loving talk and handling. We are pretty sure of this when visitors come!
